OK - Now that I've figured out how to divide $ 32.40 by 4 using your "Advanced" ( albeit far more complex ) method, let's take a shot at dividing $ 673.79 by 13. Bottom line, I just did it the "old fashioned way" that I was taught in grade school in 1943, and got the answer $51.83 in less than a minute. ( BTW, I was 8 years old when Miss Florence Center taught us "Long Division" using only a pencil and paper ) I like my way, and unless I'm using a calculator will continue to use my method.
I finished Calculus 3 with a 4.0 grade point last semester and I'm not even sure how I would've explained my answer haha! I miss elementary math sometimes...
