all of these things are available on federal signal and whelen gear as well modern emergency equipment is amazing compared to years past i love the ability to use the bar as a normal lightbar but have warning patterns, traffic adviser, combo of all with the press of a button or flick of a switch also including control of peremeter lights and hideaways as well as sirens its getting very sophisticated im wondering if they will incorporate RDS broadcasting to let drivers know about emergency vehicles along with other tools i use the various ways to control the lightbar on my own bar makes the $1000+ price tag well worth it many functions in one unit without being busy with extra lights and gear

Because lots of US drivers cannot communicate.
Its much the same as in sweden as of late, though we only use blue and white, that much lighting is just confusing
It is an attempt to attract more attention to a vehicle where an officer could be out on the side of the road, to get traffic to slow down and move over. I have yellow/white on my vehicle for roadside service and assistance, and it's incredible how often people just disregard my lights, or even the lights of emergency vehicles. More lights, it's easier to spot the flurry of blinking from a distance, catches attention so much faster, and hopefully is safer. The general "personality" of drivers in north america, "I'm going where I want to go, so get out of my way." There is not as much cooperation on the road.

Beautiful install... Are the rear deck lights just the Nforce deck/grille on the bail bracket or are they the windshield mounts with the shrouds?
Those are the single windshield lights that come with the shroud (dual color)
