Kratos isn't 27 in GOW1, he's 37. Spartans had to get married around the age of 20 to 30. Considering Caliope look like she was about 7 or 8 years old, we could say Kratos got married at the age of 20, being 27 when he killed Caliope and his wife. Kratos says in GOW1 he's been serving the gods for 10 years, that would make him at least 37 years old in the first game. He could be older depending on how old he was when he got married but 37 is the youngest he can be in the first game.
He was already a demigod but after defeating ares he just became the "god of war" as he gained the right to own the throne of the last gow (ares) but he never was a fully god as his mother was an mortal
Now here's a tiny hint zeus did not say he kill the titans with the blade of olympus the only thing he said that he banished them by using the blade of olympus itself but you're not wrong there because it can still kill titans and some demigods
The biggest part of the norse games is that if you replace kratos with any other character and remove all the callback scenes of kratos it would be a new game different from god of war series
Not this emotional crap? Kratos has always been an emotional character, his defence of Pandora, or his pain when Deimos dies, or how the hardest button mash is pushing Calliope away, the mistake of the new games was shying away from talking the older games, it’s why Valhalla was so popular, it brought back Greece, the new games are great, the old games are great, and complaining about the new games because it’s “emotional crap” is just unfair, they both have their merits and flaws
I do think the original creator disavowing the newer titles God of War had become that he never intended to make him complex or nuanced. Had he controlled GoW till the end, he might have just put him further into mindless "fun" and depravity.
@@KingMello_305 yess superior and not a walking simulator like norse games ..... if you ask an old person to play norse games in easy difficulty , he would still play it.. but you ask an old person to play old gow games on easy difficulty still he won't be able to play because of jumps , climbing , balancing etc ... unlike the automated jump in norse games lol which doesn't even require a skill
Yes because kratos is an selfish idiot in god of war 3 who would do anything for his revenge and he is not even a good guy in this game he is literally the villian plus kratos tried to kill zeus and the other gods had to defeat him of course they would attack him and thats the whole point of it and they didnt do anything to kratos they were just defending olympus
@@LoveLestat definitely, but you just gotta give it benefit of the doubt since it’s a video game, just like it doesn’t make sense that kratos struggles to open simple chests and doors when he could throw things 30x his size and go hand to hand with gods.
Replay GOW then talk, his skin is white because he got cursed by a witch and imbued his skin in his family ashes after he got tricked by Ares to kill his family to become the ultimate warrior and champion of Ares. Kratos got his red tattoo to never forget his brother Deimos which he was very defensive of because Deimos was sick and weak, when Deimos got kidnapped Kratos tried to stop Ares and got almost killed by Ares but Athena saved Kratos that's why kratos has a huge scar over his right eye. So later in life Kratos was still angry at himself that he couldn't save Deimos and thought Deimos was dead so in memory of Deimos he tattooed himself the same mark as Deimos birthmark to never forget Deimos and his failure of not saving him
Because his is the marked warrior of course but the reason for his tattoo is said in the vid as he lost his brother and he has his birth Mark tattooed on him for his memory of his lost brother😅🙌
@GoWMaster_128 or you didn't. You get that the real character growth happens in Ragnarok, where in the end Kratos says the same line to Thor, and decides, that they have to stop fighting to break the cycle?
Thats the whole point of his character in the newer games he's actively trying not to be the monster he was "we must be better" he's telling other people and himself constantly reminding himself to be better
@BreezyDaGoat ye but I mean once he lost his invulnerability we still stabbed and cut him 100 times, some of these very lethally and we just kept fighting😂
Imo demon princes isnt that bad i always used to help people with the demon prince bosses and i genuinely have hella fun fighting him but i forgot who i would swap for 5 lmao….
2:32 this view that others have about kratos is mostly because of gow3

Yes you are right and im sorry for my mistake 😅🙌
@GoWMaster_128 nah man, you good. Was just giving you the correct number.
That is a lie the older Greek gods get the more they become stronger
It's what he said 😅
Didn't he became a full god after defeating ares , by zeus
He was already a demigod but after defeating ares he just became the "god of war" as he gained the right to own the throne of the last gow (ares) but he never was a fully god as his mother was an mortal
never rely on social media for information. they all say whatever they want for views so they can make some bucks
@GoWMaster_128 yeah, but the olympian gods can make Kratos a full god, especially zeus.

OG games are way better. Not this emotional crap they made.

@tuttiman55 unfair Is they making the game full of political agenda and changed the essence of the game in favor It It.
@tuttiman55 he meant not the walking simulator and automated jumps which requires no skill
I do think the original creator disavowing the newer titles God of War had become that he never intended to make him complex or nuanced. Had he controlled GoW till the end, he might have just put him further into mindless "fun" and depravity.
The OG kratos is unmatched, the OG games are superior and TC Carson is the one and only true voice of kratos
"Superior" is fucking crazy😂😂
@KingMello_305 At least he can jump in the OG games

helios had it the worst out of this list he had his head ripped off his body
Nah what is with zeus
Hermes was the worst like dude had both his legs chopped off and was still alive and Kratos just let him bleed out

Its actually because when he killed his family he was marked with their ashes and blood

No

I do have a small problem that after all the stabs, cuts, beatings and so on and forth, a simple neck snap kills baldur😂
He didn’t have his invincibility then but it still is kinda dumb
@BreezyDaGoat ye but I mean once he lost his invulnerability we still stabbed and cut him 100 times, some of these very lethally and we just kept fighting😂
He’s a God so a simple cut and stab won’t be enough to put him down. Remember when Thor took a axe to the belly in GOW2 and kept on going?
I mean duhhhh, if they are going through making the temple might as well do it right
It’s white because it’s the ashes of his dead wife and daughter
