The festival of Dussehra marks the victory of Good over Evil. The complete country of India celebrates Dussehra by Ravan Dahan by Lord Shri Ram.
However, Bulandshahr celebrates Dussehra differently from the entire country by over 100 years old tradition.
Maa Chandi, the fiercest form of Kali roams the streets of Bulandshahr in order to bless the people of city and remove evil from devotees.
