What would I be expecting to notice in or on my body when I listen to this particular frequency? I'm curious to know because I suffer from really bad EMF toxicity and I was told that this frequency would help detox this from my mind and body and help detox my organs from all viruses and bacteria. Focus on the frequency first, then you should feel it in your throat aka thyroid gland or Adams apple if you’re a dude. I feel this tone vibrating on the base of my thyroid
