How to Heat Water for IP X9K Rain Test
In this video, You will gain a clearer understanding of the process for heating water in the tank for IPX9K rain testing. To begin, Follow the instructional steps shown in the video. Start by setting your desired water temperature using the control system. Once you have selected the target temperature, simply tap the TEMP button on the touchscreen. This action activates the heating element within the water tank.
The heating element, which consists of heating wires, will then commence its operation, raising the water temperature gradually. As the heating element works, The water in the tank will steadily warm up until it reaches the specified temperature. This controlled heating process ensures that the water temperature can be accurately maintained for conducting the rain test according to IPX9K standards.

Because they belong to different temperature devices, and the sensors used are different. Differences in measurement between different measuring tools are normal if within tolerances. → Our controller contains temperature compensation function inside, According to the calibration temperature of the third party, the temperature can be maintained inside the controller, and in this way the unity with the calibration temperature can be realized.
