Every year, St. Joachim Catholic School in Costa Mesa puts on a Christmas program featuring grades TK-8 and the school choir. Musical direction for the event is provided by the school's music teacher, Mr. Everson.

Every year, St. Joachim Catholic School holds an auction to raise money for the school and to celebrate their tight-knit community. 2024's auction theme is "Let's Get Yachty!" with a live performance by yacht rock cover band, Yachty by Nature. This video was created for St. Joachim's 2023 auction whose theme was "Rock Your Heart Out." The video was made specifically for the Fund-A-Need portion of the auction. Each year, a new Fund-A-Need is identified, and the funds raised for it at the auction go towards that special project or initiative. The 2023 Fund-A-Need was for a new field and ongoing field maintenance.

The Jr High members of St. Joachim's school choir were invited to sing the National Anthem at Costa Mesa's City Hall. They were lead by the school's music teacher, Mr. Andrew Everson. Saint Joachim's is a TK-8 private school in Orange County, California.

In 2020, Andrew Everson wrote this song in response to the pandemic. He assembled, both in-person and virtually, Costa Mesa's St. Joachim's choir to perform and record the song.
