As seen in today's gospel, The Pharisees opposed Jesus while he was teaching at the temple. They opposed him because they were questioning the authority for him to preach things about God. This is yet again the rejection of people towards Jesus for they do not believe that he is the son of God. The Pharisees may believe in God, but with their actions towards his son, Jesus. It shows that they are not following his will. They are times in our lives wherein we have to make a choice and as we decide they are multiple choices to make, but it only falls in under two categories which is Our will or God's will. Let us ask this to oursleves, how often do we follow God's will? It is most likely that we usually follow our own will in life, but we must give a chance in following his will because it is not only for him, but for us. As we all know, his plans for our lives is always good at the end if we follow through it. Let us pray that we may be guided in following God's will in order for us to fully accept and understand the truth.
