It's better to add previous tet number, if you qualified that, or else not that much important. And Ithink even while filling dsc form also chance to include previous tet details . You have a chance to update that time.

Regarding ex servicemen, you can wait for few days, if they provide any edit option you can. Or else pay again and apply with new application
