Great, another "Feature Reader". People that read the features off the box or product radio itself.

Bloody Radio Station Owners like Bauer forcing us to buy yet another radio because 'old' DAB radios - since they are still being sold they should still be able to be used - will not tune & get a DAB+ or not listen to the RADIO Independently of a phone or computer. Ridiculous. This Bloody RAYO has caused so many stations to disappear suddenly. No consideration for listeners. Jazz FM/Classic FM/Planet Rock/Absolute Rock all taken. Listening to the RADIO should be able without having a computer or phone on all the time. Damn RAYO & Bauer.

Does it have a sleep timer?

I have no complaints about the video, it is very clear and straightforward. But the responses/instructions I get from the website at each stage are incomprehensible and I cannot get compliance or make progress. No doubt pure don’t give a stuff about little old me not buying their products anymore, but There is simply no need to make updating so difficult/impossible.

How to set time on a alba ,dab fm radio

Asked for my Mum and Dad to get me this for Xmas! Would it work by plugging the USB cable into a Samsung plug (what you charge Samsung tablets etc up with)?

can I hide the black amplifier under the pillar (so it doesn't look unsightly) and leave only the transparent strip outside? or can I mount it behind the rearview mirror, still hiding the amplifier, and leaving only the transparent adhesive strip?

Can you update pure mini one, it has no menu on it.

On which countries can this radio de used ??

How would I go about removing one ? The guy that fit mine put it right at the top of the window and the sognal is terrible. Just trying to think of things that could be wrong

Is there any chance to know why the radio doesn’t turns on while the battery is full but if the electric cord (12 v) supply is inserted the radio will start working?

Nice little radio. You can pick one for £39 today. Not bad for a DAB+ radio

Cool device, but a Chromecast Audio + your phone will do all that much better.

Shame it doesn't mention the fact the atrociously fixed antenna at the back is so flimsy. I've had 2 of these wonderful radios and the antenna has twisted and then snapped off on both. I move them from room to room in the house/at work but shouldn't any part of a modern radio be built to last? Awful and spoils an otherwise pretty much perfect radio.

Pure first radios DAB only makes them now mostly useless in 2024, they are now even worse than old FM radios.

So hard to tune in. Only doing mono. Worked OK for the last year.now all channels gone. Old lady struggling .

Dab is shite. Only finds bbc4xtra. Nothing else. It's going in the tip.

You omitted to mention the micro USB port in the battery compartment to update the radio's software. Also the backlight can be increased to max to see the dot matrix display in the sun. Good review, thanks.

I have a Pure One Classic Series two; trying to follow these instructions but when I get to upgrade, I get "Upgrade (RevC)" and no matter what I then next press, throws me back to main station. Help?! Am connecting radio to Mac with usb mini and usbc. I don't have another computer and had to buy a cable from amazon, this is a faff!!

Still got no stations on four different radio's. Dab radio crap

Had this for a while but overall it's disappointing. Predominantly used for BBC dab stations, the issue is that it won't hold the signal - turn it on, all good, very quick to tune, 5 bars reception which last 10-20 minutes and then the signal drops in and out quickly and repeatedly from 5 bars to 1. The only way to resolve is to turn the radio off and on again and start the cycle again. Sound is ok, a bit harsh, even for speech which is my main listening. I dislike the volume up/down rocker, a knob is always better, but I was swayed by the screen, which is very good. Onboard charging is good and batteries seem to last for ages, a couple of weeks with several hours use a day. I have the white version, it sits well in the kitchen/dining, but I wouldn't buy this model again.

HI There, Great video. I intended installing a Pioneer DMH-A340DAB and Pioneer glass mount Ariel tomorrow to my ford Cmax. What do i connect the antenna power to , just a 12v switched power supply, of is there a specific wire on the ISO harness for power this? I look forward to your reply. (like powered antenna lead). I found one of these in a box of our family's old stuff. Problem where I live now, there's no DAB radio, so the thing is rather useless, except for been a paperweight.
