i have this exact same refrigerator. The same sensor was found hanging like that the other day so i put it back in place. But now water is dripping out of the ice reservoir and onto the kitchen floor. The tray did not look cracked but now I wonder if there is a small crack that is letting water drip down and onto the floor. What do you think? Is this the likely issue or is there something else that could cause this? Would I have to replace the whole ice maker like you did or just the ice tray? Thanks in advance.

This is the most useless how-to video on all of TH-cam. Perhaps another video showing us how to raise and lower the lid of the washer can be your next upload.

Was kind of hoping this would show the process of water valve replacement as the title suggested.

Would you also need to change the water supply valve if the valve leaks in the cold side when machine not in use? I turned off the cold side from the wall valve and machine is not leaking. It only leaks from the valve when there is water pressure behind the cold side of the water inlet valve.
