Oh, wow! So much heresies in one clip! First off, angels can not become humans they are pure spirits with no bodies. Second off, when they chose to rebel against God, they are stuck with that choice - there's no redemption for them. Thirdly, they actually were given a choice - serve God or not! Lucifer's famous line, "I will not serve." So her claim of "no choice" and the comment about "obedience " and angels in general are all erroneous at best. There's no getting back sanctifying grace.

I think one thing they could have done for the Final was allow Dean and Michael to fuse, allow Sam and Lucifer to fuse and have Castiel and Adam to fuse. Then allow Jack still he God but Lucifer, Michael finally decided to be heroes of the earth and they share responsibilities of begin god of that universe, then have Castiel be their tie breaker when it comes to votes. Then have Adam decide to fix the multi-verse. I think that would have a better ending.
