    Sou do Brasil e tudo que eles dizem eu passei, tudo começou, com disfunção erétil, alguns episódios de embassamento nas vistas, formigamento nos pés, tornozelos inchados, e com o passar do tempo perda da força nas pernas, Comecei com o cardiologista pois pensei que poderia ser o coração, estava em ordem, pediu exames e viu que estava com vitamina B12 baixa e testosterona muito baixa, procurei um urologista e ele receitou injeções de testosterona e disse que em uma semana estaria bem não resolveu, procurei reumatologista e não tinha nenhuma doença, procurei neurologista e ele pediu exame de choque nas pernas e mão e deu polineuropatia desmielizante crônica, o neurologista pensou em ser esclerose múltipla fiz exame de líquido da medula e deu negativo, ele pediu ressonância magnética do abdômen e crânio e ele observou uma lesão óssea no quadril mas ele não disse nada, eu não satisfeito procurei um hematologista e ele disse provável que vc tenha guiliam barre, ia me tratar já aí disse a ele mas é a lesão óssea aí ele disse pera aí vamos fazer uma biopsia de medula provavelmente vc tem mieloma múltiplo, mas a biopsia deu negativo, eu não tinha anemia minha hemoglobina era alta tipo 19 e estava com o basso inchado. Aí o médico pediu uma biopsia na lesão com agulha dirigida e a amostra foi pra 3 laboratórios diferentes e disseram ser mieloma múltiplo, aí meu médico disse se queria tratar mais perto da minha casa deveria procurar um médico perto de casa pois com o diagnóstico seria tranquilo, procurei outro hematologista mas a consulta iria demorar 10dias eu estava ansioso pra começar a o tratamento pois já não conseguia andar mais direito não conseguia nem ficar em pé perdi completamente o equilíbrio procurei outro hematologista que iria me atender no dia seguinte e fui até ele e já me prescreveu o tratamento de mieloma daratumabe, dexametazona, e injeções na barriga, mas ele disse que achava ser outra doença por conta de não ter anemia pediu outra biopsia da medula e deu negativo, ele não conformado me disse pra fazer uma biopsia no centro cirúrgico pra colher material melhor e lá fui eu novamente pela 4vez, e passei depois com a 3 hematologista e ela disse não parecer ser mieloma achava ser outra doença. Mas a 4 biopsia disse ter plasmocitoma então era mieloma mesmo assim. Fiz 16 quimioterapia e 16 radioterapia e estava pra fazer entrevista com o médico tranplantador. Onde eu persebi que minha vista estava melhor pois nem óculos precisava usar mais aí pesquisei e achei uma matéria sobre poems e comecei a grifar meus sintomas e quase todos diziam ser poems aí liguei pro meu médico e disse que achava ser poems ele disse pra comentar com o médico tranplantador pois ele nunca tinha tratado de alguma pessoa com poems, quando relatei meus sintomas pro médico transplante ele disse vc tem um caso típico de poems e vc só vai melhora se fizer o transplante e assim eu fiz já faz 7 meses e estou melhorando mas o médico disse que tenho que tomar lenadomida pelo resto da vida. Mas hoje consegui caminhar 1km na esteira e estou muito feliz.
