I would guess that the show was outright cancelled versus postponed/restarted because of having gone far enough along that consumables were expended. Disney isn’t going to keep the audience waiting and watching while cast members visit the various nooks and crannies on and around the stage determining what needs to be replaced and then physically doing so (flashpots, flares, comets, etc.).

that is pretty amazing that they didnt carge for postage. but i have a sense that most people dont take the steps you guys took to find your hat. It would be interesting to find out how many things their crews find after the park closes when they are cleaning up the park for the next day. I am guessing that the reason they are willing to pay the cost of postage is that if they weight that cost to the cost of an employee assisting you at the park to find it when you come in to claim it is about the same or maybe even cheaper than the cost they would pay for an employee to go find it and bring it back to you and the hassle it could cause for you and disney land to have you take up one of their few parking spots just to pick up the hat? Additionally by mailing it to you it makes for a happy guest whom is likely to come back again and share your positive experiences with your friends?

Disney Wonder Version of The Golden Mickeys (400 Subscribers Special)

Disneyland California's anti consumer practices towards their magic key holders renewal process. Disney failed to put out detailed instructions for the supposed renewal window, waiting till the last minute from when you can renew to expiration date. Failed to clarify that magic key passes would not be renewed after said expiration date. I only had 12 days to come up with 5 thousand dollars to pay for the pass. I denied the ability to purchase a pass. They told me no exceptions. How is this fair to customers.

What are its dimensions? Large enough for two people's drinks?
