I'm not good at explaining such things, but long story short, i used the preset Slip Note Wide and Studio Reverb in Guitar Rig 5, and the settings for Virtual Mix Rack as in this video th-cam.com/video/-aglIy71S5Y/w-d-xo.html (settings for the first bass track). But in the FG-S equalizer, I increased the decibels in the LMF section.

I don't know, i didn't plan to do tutorials, and i probably don't have file with tabs for this song. I'll look for it in my free time, but i can't promise anything. There are tabs for this song on Songsterr, you can look there. I just combined the second guitar part with the bass part, and here's the bass part for this cover. It's just that the rhythmic pattern is slightly different from the original.

So i found a tab file for this song. I edited the bass part a little and added the guitar part, now everything sounds like in this video. The tab was made in Guitar Pro 7, i left the link to Google Drive in the description. Feel free to download.

Hi. I used 2 vst plugins - Virtual Mix Rack and Parallax. I took the preset for VMR from this video th-cam.com/video/-aglIy71S5Y/w-d-xo.html (settings for the first bass track) In Parallax, I used the "Big Everywhere" preset and turned off the equalizer, if i'm not mistaken.

with many black metal songs if you cant hear the bass then that means, the bass player is doing a great job of staying locked in with the guitar and drums. if the bass player were to get out of sync then, you would hear the bass notes, most of the time a black metal bassist is just adding a lower frequency fill to the guitar, the bass tones in black metal have no punch they just hum, black metal guitars are so thin and empty that any punchy bass tone would over power them, so the bass just adds that lower hum to fill the atmosphere, what makes life eternal interesting is that the bass does not play by the common rules of black metal
