Love this video😁 I haven’t been to Vietnam just yet but I’m DYING to go! However I’ve been to Thailand which is nice. Idk though, I absolutely LOVE a good Bahn Mi. There’s a little shop in Melbourne that I’m a regular at called “Bullseye Bahn Mi” and even though it’s not in Vietnam, it’s my favorite food apart from Indian food. I do want to travel Vietnam though and think I’ll add it to my list this year 😁🇻🇳
Great video! 😎
Register a business for 20k baht, then you can own the house forever
straightforward answer, love it! thanks mate, have you done this?
สวัสดีค่ะ🙏🇹🇭🏝️🏖️🌊
HEY!!!
สวัสดีค่ะ🙏🇹🇭🏝️🏖️🌊
Hello palidamook :)
Just found your channel, great vids guys 🤙
I think you need to console a lawyer. I went through it but I back out . A bit messy bro
we have heard this advice from a few people too that a lawyer is definitely necessary! how far down the track did you get? did you hire a lawyer?
@fitnomads I did but getting an apartment would be better BCS it goes under your name directly. Landed property has many risks to it.
interesting! did you end up buying it through a company? would love to know
You can't own a house there!!!!
I guess it depends what you mean by owning...You can own a condo freehold & you can create a company and purchase a house through that company. Then there is also the long-term lease options. had you explored these?
Is the leasehold only for 15 years ? Have only heard of 30 year leaseholds.
Leasehold from my understanding has a maximum of 30 years that can be extended twice up to 90 years... if you were to get a 30 year leasehold but decided you wanted to sell in after 10 then you would sell the remaining 20 years - this is my understanding
Okay, you asked for feedback! You have the elements to successful vlogs! How do I know? I haven't watched tv in 15 years! I use ytt! As my escape, to virtually travel. Due to back pain and 5 kids. 2 of which have already flown around the world... ... Just waiting for my chance to escape to Thailand! Best wishes P.S. But another mike, it's distracting sharing it! Xxx
Hey Tristan!! thank you so much for this feedback, it is seriously appreciated :) I think you are the 2nd person to tell us about the microphone situation so we will definitely need to rectify this. 5 kids is crazy but very cool! & awesome they love travelling too.
Thanks good tips Hoi An in May soo excited
Glad you enjoyed the video Shane & have the best time mate!!
I’d go to Top Rock everyday too! What a spot 🤩🤩 awesome video guys!!
haha no doubt! TopRock is the best! hands down! & thanks for your support :)
Nice video guys! Really good watch ❤
Appreciate it you guys!! everyday we are getting better!!
Will absolutely check out this island. Great content!
Thankyou Erik ! love the positive feedback, and I hope you enjoy the island as much as we did!
Thank you for such an informative video. Please upload more 🫶
We are so glad you liked it! definitely trying something new with this type of content, but we will keep bringing more your way :)
@fitnomads looking forward guys !!!
awesome!!
$30 a week, they don’t even charge that here in London, what happens if you generally kick off and cause a scene because that’s basically a scam. No gym should be charging you $30 a week.
It's true, it is a lot of money for the gym, we would usually pay much less when we stay for longer. We weren't going to kick up a fuss over $30 but if we were staying in Da Nang for longer we probably would have shopped around for sure!
@@fitnomads yeah I get that keeping respect is key in Asia and I think us Aussies need to remember that sometimes but $30 a week in a debatebale (third world country) whilst £30 a month here in London about $60 a month in oz is fair. I would definitely be saying no thankyou to $30 a week 😂.
Thanks for this vid! It was so interesting and everything looked so yummy!!
It was soo delicious, actually now you've reminded me I want to go back haha! thanks for watching
CHAI IS TEA😭....ITS LIKE SAYING COFFEE COFFEE🙃
hahaha a very good point! but lots of people don't actually know what chai is :p
Nailed it again, great work. Best guide to KP hands down. Quick question - When is high and low season in KP? Both weather wise and also tourists? Is it the standard November - April high season where weather is good and its busiest?
Thank you Mahmoud! Yes, it's the same in Koh Phangan, November - April high season in both senses of the word tourists & weather. but if you come Feb- April I think you get the best of both worlds IMO. Jul/August can also be a good time in KP, we stayed during these months last year and the weather was pretty nice with a couple of small storms in the afternoons (not every afternoon)
what about KOH Samui,i want a place with plenty modern gyms and facilities like saunas, ice bath,co working space etc
@@stilu2012 we haven’t spent enough time in Koh Samui to tell you mate! There are great gyms there for sure. But Koh Phangan has all of that too!
Great video you cover it well! What are yours digital nomad jobs?
Thanks mate! appreciate the feedback :) Abbey is an online fitness coach & we also run "digital creators club" where we teach people how to sell/create digital products :) are oyu working online? - here's a video where we explain it a little more th-cam.com/video/ZvrWewI6I-g/w-d-xo.html
@ Not yet but one day if I want to be able to travel full time
love it!!
Amazing video guys! Love the breakdown and love that you’re talking about India. Of course there’s a good deal of videos out there but nowhere near like an Indonesia, Philippines or Thailand so I love this!👏🏾 India is on my list this year and I’m SO excited and I also love Indian food! I think it’s #1 on my cuisine list in the whole world. Mango Lassi, Tikka Masala, Korma, Kadahi, etc. SO good😋. Keep it up guys😁👏🏾
Thank you so much! 🙌 We’re so happy you’re loving the video Ross mate! Totally agree, India deserves way more love as a travel destination, and we’re stoked it’s on your list this year. You’re going to have the most amazing time! 🕌✨ also, there is not doubt in my mind that Indian food is my favourite haha I definitely miss it if I havent had it in a while :p

Wow, that sounds absolutely amazing! 😍 A bamboo rafting trip through emerald green waters, surrounded by nature and the sounds of birds, sounds like pure bliss. The fact that it’s quiet, affordable, with delicious food, and not too crowded makes it even better! 🎋✨ Thanks for sharing this gem in Phang Nga-I’ll definitely have to check it out next time. Do you have a favorite dish from there?
Still sad to see how Thailand is stuck with this beachy country vibe... Also, going to Pai as a tip isn't... everyone already flocking there, too many foreigners... it's becoming a quieter version of Vang Vieng in a way... The problem with scooter is that lots of people rent them with no experiences at all... Driving in Thailand IS dangerous, it should be important to be notified, and, like every country in the world, you NEED a proper license, not just international but motorbike license. Respect the road laws ! Even if they don't themselves, it's already chaos, don't add more to it.
Yeah, totally get what you’re saying. Thailand does kinda get stuck with that ‘beachy country’ image, but there’s so much more to it if you go beyond the obvious spots. And with Pai, I hear you-it's gotten super popular. It’s still a nice place, but yeah, when everyone flocks there, it can lose that original charm. but what can you do... I don't think we will ever be able to change the scooter culture though-100%! So many people rent them without any experience, and driving here can be full-on, but its the easiest way to get around Do you have any favorite off-the-radar places in Thailand you’d recommend? Always keen to explore something different!
@fitnomads "what can you do"? Is a very good question, and to that the answer is precisely be curious. Go elsewhere, because everyone receive similar advice "go here, go there", well, they just go and so it's never ending, that's also why places like Phuket never stop being popular. You can check Doi Ang Khang, even closer from Chiang Mai, Chiang Dao area is gorgeous, going further than Pai to Mae Hong Son, Nan province also has good spots. You are totally right saying it's convenient to move around by scooter. But would you drive in your home country without proper license or no license at all ? I guess not, so why doing it somewhere else (not saying this about you, which by the way, I appreciate the fact that you're wearing helmets, something basic many forgets to do). I understand people are on holidays and want to relax but at the cost of not respecting local laws... To be fair I'm not just talking about motorbikes, but in generals, regularly tourists are making the headlines because of some reckless behavior, thinking Thailand is just a fun playground....
Totally agree-being curious and going off the beaten path is the best advice! Doi Ang Khang, Chiang Dao, Mae Hong Son, and Nan all sound like incredible spots-exactly the kind of places we’d love to explore. Thanks for sharing those i'll be looking them up today! As for tourists breaking the rules, i'd have to agree it's not ideal but also seems pretty unavoidable at this point... All we can do is be the best version of ourselves & hope everyone else does the same!
legends do you have paypal or that buy me a coffee thing, love to throw something your way
Brother really appreciate your support, we popped the buymeacoffee in this video description but honestly we are just hapy to have you supporting our videos!! Thank you mate

Do you backpack or roller luggage
We have roller luggage, because we stay in the same place usually for a month at a time. In the beginning we did bring one backpack for if we did any hikes or small trips. :)
@fitnomads people have said roller isn't practical if changing places a lot but I wonder about that. Esp w a bad back.
How often are you planning on moving around? I think roller is absolutely fine especially if you have a bad back
@fitnomads pretty often. Monthly. I just heard unless really small some international airlines can check your carry on
Hey, that's a coincidence. We were there with my family in the same apartment for the whole of December 😂
@@dalibordvorak4079 hahaha no way!!! How did you like it???
@ We have two kids and it was great. Only the driveway scared me at the beginning because we have a normal car not offroad 😂 The kids liked the colors of the pool. Now we got our accommodation from a Thai group from Facebook (they don't advertise elsewhere) and great too!
I am from south india. Tamilnadu. Took inputs from this video before travelling. Stayed there for almost 2 weeks with my kid. Morethan just as couples, kids have a lot things here. Vin wonders, safari, ice jungle, teddy museum, aquatopia above all the daily fire work in South, relaxing at sao beach. Safe and great place for vacation along with kids.
That’s so awesome to hear! 🙌 Sounds like you had an amazing time with your kid- the teddy museum would've been fun adventures for little one! 🧸✨ And relaxing at Sao Beach with the daily fireworks? Perfect way to wrap up the day. 😍 Thanks for sharing your experience-it’s great to know it’s such a family-friendly destination. Do you have a favorite spot or activity from your trip?
Where to find book info? Thanks

@@fitnomads that would be great. Thanks
It's also a dream for me. I already set a date to work towards which is april 2026. So I have given myself a bit over a year to make it all happen. From januari 2026 I am starting for myself as a data specialist freelancer (currently doing this at a 9-5) so hopefully it will all work out.
That’s such an exciting plan-nice one for setting a clear date to work toward! 🙌 Honestly, it probably feels like a big leap right now, but it’s not as hard as it seems once you get started. With your skills as a data specialist, you’re honestly already in a great position to make the transition. any idea which country youll head to first>?
@fitnomads vietnam. Travelled there already for a few weeks last year so would probably start in Da Nang
Great video...thanks... Just one question... Are their options for vegetarian or vegan foods? That's one big concern for some... Specially if you are going with kids
Thankyou! Phu Quoc is not like the rest of Thailand, it is super developed and made for tourists so there are actually alot of vegan restaurants and other options there :) are you thinking of going soon?
@fitnomads thanks for the quick response... Yes I am planning to go in April..
Great video Thank you. Which airline did you fly with
I'm pretty sure we went with Air Asia :) are you thinking of going?
@@fitnomads thank you Yes
how much time would you suggest to spend for 1st time? never been but doesnt seem that expensive
this is a great question! I guess it depends, if you love the beach and warm weather then the longer the better! but if you think the heat will get to you I would say two weeks would be perfect :) does that help?
Very authentic 👌 thank you !!
