There is potential there, you didnt waste your money on the physical thing that is the set piece as a whole. But how its being utilized is just ..... awful. I stayed at the ALO the last time I was in So Cal for Disneyland and I didn't experience anything like you! Sorry your stay wasn't perfect 😢, but mine was😊! I didn't do the breakfast thing because, for me, half the fun of Disney is eating at the parks! So there is that, but my room didn't smell and the bed was perfect. Quite honestly, I have decided that this will be my hotel when visiting from now on. Hoping yours was just a freak thing and I won't be disappointed this time! Thanks for the review!
