Here's a little edit I put together from the 24 Hours of Starvation Ridge race which happened to fall on daylight savings time this year so it became a 25 hour event. Two of us decided to iron the event and the third joined a team to take on the challenge. Here is a short video from my POV! Enjoy. Thanks for your support Giant Loop Moto, Nitro Mousse, Goldentyre, Sena Bluetooth and Moto Minded!

Good times 👍
Still remember when our hill was on fire 🔥
My grandma lived in pateros when the fire hit. Thankfully her house survived but most houses near hers burnt down
The complex destroyed 353 homes in and around the towns of Pateros and Brewster, as well as rural Okanogan County. The fire caused an estimated $98 million (2014 USD) in damages. The Carlton Complex remains the largest single wildfire in Washington state history, surpassing the 1902 Yacolt Burn.
awesome!
Very nice Donni. Hope to see you back this year at the 2019 Baja Rally.
I’m switching to these for the Spring. Never had a flat, knock on wood, but other guys have where we ride and there’s a lot of mine rubbish and metal bits so it’s only a matter of time until my numbers up. That an Xtrainer? Me and my buddy just got them here. A lot of fun.
Great film Donni. Proud to have you as a cuz.
Good times
Am I the only one who giggled at Red in front of the Bimbo sign? :D Also a fan of hammer maintenance at 6:30! Which year CRF was that? Great video guys! Truly enjoyed it, since I had to miss out on all the fun. Great work!
I had to watch again! I am a Bimbo! Ha! Ha! LOL! Yes, you are probably the only one who noticed!
I came from Montana to help on this fire, we showed up on 7-18-14. I left my wife and four kids to come here and help because I knew there were families just like mine that needed help, our engine (Mountain Camel Inc.) pulled into to the school (Carlton complex) at 2:30 in the morning and got up at 5:00 am and went to work. I've been doing this since I was 18 (1999) and this is one I'll never forget, I kept getting told thank you and my reply was never you are welcome, my reply was "just came here to help". When we first started going to property owners to see what their situation was, we were dealing with angry home and property owners, got a lil cussing or two but when we told them we just got her and are from Montana and we want to help them they told us only a DRC engine (local) came by and that was before we got hit and never did stop by to check on them since so we understood why they were angry and had to do a little PR work with them (public relations), but I also can't put the blame on the DRC guys either because I know where they were coming from too, I work a year or two in that field too, so they had their hands full. But yea...the Carlton Complex is one for the books
TwoGuns1891 Thanks for your comment. You guys had your work cut out for you. Lets hope for a safe fire season. I'm sure this year will be interesting with our lack of snow this year but at least what has burned already should be spared. Thanks for all your hard work.
That looks like it was up Benson Creek I live by the area it looks like
Yup, thats Benson Creek! It took a hit but it hopefully will be back to normal by this spring. Hope your place was ok.
It was spared. They got it stopped at the road. Did the water. Take out much.
+BrewGuy Mike same with here in tonasket we got so close to getting hit,my dad said that he could see flames up on a mountain, let's pray that the next few summers go on like a right summer should instead of having a inferno
Just devastating to see how much damage fire can cause! Awesome video showing the real "behind the scenes" footage.
Holly crap. That was a close call.
