30 Capsules Counter Device | Manual Tablet Counter
Manually operated tablet counters are very useful device for manually counting the tablets and capsules. This is very compact tool suitable for research, laboratory purpose; it can also be used in small industries having very low production.
Manual Tablet counters and Manual Capsule Counters can be manufactured for special shape and size on demand. How can you increase the speed of the ribbon blending machine
Hello, Thank you for your interest in our blending machine. Speed can be varied using VFD -variable frequency drive that will be mounted in the electrical control panel. If you have an existing system and you wish to increase the speed of it, In that case you can change the motor configuration, instead of 900/1440 RPM motor, you can mount 2800 RPM motor which enables you the doubled speed compare to your existing one. with the auger principle, the capsules are not very dense right? especially with low dense powder
The machine is designed to fill various capsule sizes with varied powder bulk densities ranging from 0.45 g/cc to 1 g/cc. There are various settings to change the height of auger and speed of rotation of capsule tray in order to have desired amount of powder filling in capsules. Why methylene blue only using for test? Why don't we prefer others?
@@venkateshvenki4571 Methylene Dye is recommended by FDA to perform test under the ASTM guidelines D-3078, hence it is used. Moreover, It is cheaply and readily available in any part of the world.
