Fagan is so obviously an Irish name, like Reagan and Keegan. No big deal, but his ignorance made me lose respect a bit. I do meet young people who are wonderfully knowledgeable, but not often enough.

What was the name of your hotel?
It’s - Augusto's Rio Copa Hotel. Best side of copacabana (leme side) security at the door and included breakfast. I also stayed at Porto bay on the front, but that was more expensive but definitely a nicer room. 🇧🇷👊🏼

As a Brazilian, as much as I like Rio, it frustates me that foreigners only know about it and only go to it. Look at the Brazil map man... the country is huge and there are an infinite different places and cultures, over here we say there are countless "Brazils" inside Brazil. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed it, Rio is relatively not that safe when you compare it with most other cities, but there are some very nice areas and nice warm people
You’re absolutely right the country is huge! We have all grown up seeing these Beautiful famous beaches. I intend to go back and see more of Brazil in different parts of course. I’m glad I visited the popular spots. Bro I had a blast. I’m in London and I would consider it not that safe either. You have to be street smart. Appreciate you 🙌🏻

Bro, I´m brazilian and I can tell you: if you survived the caipirinhas sold on the beach, you are the iron man!!! hahaha Those are made with the worst ingredients ever. As you could probably see, there were no locals drinking that. At least the sane ones! But, I´m glad you had fun.

@@OrganicJoe. I have family in Sao Paulo and friends in Rio, I love both cities. 7 years since last time I’ve visited them. NZ to Brazil it is a long trip and I am short of cash right now and living off grid at the moment with a little vegie garden. Hope I can go next year.
