i don't know. Sorry you feel and experience all those things. Those are pretty harsh impacts to be caused by a session. The session allows things to clear so you can be aligned with the universal energy. I tell everyone to use reiki in addition to western medicine not instead. hope that helps.

@@QQ-wv3gz i hear you. this is a general answer, but i hope it's helpful: look into the possible root cause of such strong experiences, assuming that they are valid and resurfacing so that they can be cleared...root cause can be something that happened in childhood or early ages and it's now coming up when you are able to deal with it...and if there is no root cause you can see, I would consider a family constellation session to see where something of a reason for this exists in a family system.

thanks for commenting. i can't speak blindly.. if the problem is something that just is...then it's no longer a problem, it's just what is real. in which case, fighting with that reality is what causes the experience of having a problem..this is the case when the problem feels personal...other times, problems feel like they are not even ours and in those cases, this exercise will help begin to shift our perception in the right direction. hope this helps

Often, we just say "I did x,y, and z"....and brag about our accomplishment, but I find that in life, we do a lot better when we get in a flow of understanding that we were taught lessons and we get to teach to others and it's less about us and more about flow and experience.
