I'm willing to wait until the season finishes before passing any hard judgments on the show, but I feel like there was a change in direction after the pilot. The pilot lead you to believe that the Murder Drones would be the antagonists of the series, with the company of JCJenson being the greater threat that would be addressed later. The Solver plot, while enjoyable, felt like something that should have come later in the series. We go from vampire robots made by a corrupt space corporation to a mechanical eldritch abomination in the span of one episode. No joke. I do believe the Solver was always planned from the beginning but it felt like they completely skipped the escalation and went with the Solver from the start. The Murder Drones cease being antagonists after the first episode, and barring N and V, they're almost a non-entity from that point on. I enjoy the series, but there are little things about it that have me scratching my head.

Me personally, I think that Murder Drones has a problem with pacing. Some things and scenes just happen so fast. I had to rewatch a few episodes to really get back on track with what's happened.

I think one of the best things about this show is there are so many potential outcomes, I have watched hours upon hours of lore videos and rewatched Murder Drones several times and realizing that no two lore videos have the same opinion to a single scene just gets me revving to find out the truth, its a super fun series for that, a bit like how Cyn and the Absolute Solver are two different things, how Cyn potentially cured herself of the AS program and is now trying to fight against it using the Murder Drones, I can't get enough of it, just got to wait for the next two episodes to answer some questions

Cyn isn't the main antagonist. the Solver is. Cyn is just one of the Solver's hosts, much like Uzi or Doll. except Cyn is its 1st host so yeah anyways i think the Solver didn't send the MDs, the remaining humans did. bc they wanted to wipe out the Solver. but they didn't know specifically who has it. so what better way to do that than kill all of them, amiright? that's why, after years of failure bc WDs are very much still alive on the planet in small colonies, they finally sent Tessa (or she sent herself idk) to get to the Cabin Fever Labs and find that list and then kill everyone on it and their children probably. so yeah. also for the personality stuff, shush.

eh. .-for ep 2 and stuff he lore ther is that when a murder drones body is to badly broken apart like from Uzi's railgun completly killing part of J's body and heat it took longer to recover waile if it was just the head or arms it can be heald or with ther sliva to help- andd- is why Uzi goes raped in ep cabin fever- but the lore is ther it just takes qestoins it takes time and effort- but i qestoin that Wall-E and murder drones have basicly the same lore- cuze-...-it has a robot and humens in space sooo- maybe u need to look at Wall-E more?...

In other words, we don't know Cyn's intentions and neither do the characters, and they're trying to find out what Cyn wants.

for cyn i think it is the solver who, by taking control of cyn, achieved its goal who looke like to be the goal of normal species, spreading that also can explain why they do mass killing on copper 9 it is because new absolute solver will eventualy emerge and also the other goal of it look to be total destrction but the destruction of human have probably be to weakend the human and so make it easier to spread

I'm kind of surprised how many people have had so much trouble following what's going on. Aside from the stuff that is intentionally kept from us to unfold later everything else that is important is either stated or heavily implied for us. Granted, the show does not in any way emphasize what dialogue or imagery is important making it important to pay close attention, but most of the information is still discernable by paying close attention to everything. That, however, is understandably not everyone's kind of thing but I really wouldn't call it a flaw. For me the mystery and the need to pay close attention to decipher what's going on is an enjoyable thing. It's just a different flavor of media.

so i guess you explained it pretty good but many things become clear if you watch it a second time or have somebody explain it SPOILER ALERT example the monster knows nori(uzis mom) cuz she had the absolute solver program too like uzi has and yeah the lore is very complex the zombie drones are pretty complicated. Cyn wants to kill all humans because they treated all the robots very bad. I think Cyn is after Uzi because she wants them under her control cuz she was like the first (i guess) and maybe she wants to do something with many absolute solvers. And that monster probally is the absolute solver program which would explain a lot. But thanks for sharing this awesome murder drones video with us.

Ima try explain some stuff here and sorry if i have dumb answers 5:20 there might be no oil in the planet their in cuz its not earth 10:53 after killing the robot who was looking for Frank,the Solver program (the eldritch abomination) said they'd do an improv... and it also used the bad quality hologram to trick Uzi to actually think they have bad hologram and proceeds to traumatize her with good holograms 11:03 they do kill, they take materials but idk how thad is alive tho 11:06 they rebuild themselves with materials and the Solver program takes action when the Murder Drone they host runs out of materials to rebuild themselves 13:11 , 14:19 didn't really said that it was Uzi's mom but just said "It hurts our feelings that you dont remember us". And it showing baby Uzi too might have actually meant that Uzi have met the Solver when she was a baby 13:55 The solver can make anything it sees into a hologram it was proven when it copied Khan (uzis dad), Lizzy (the blonde popular girl who has cat ears like bowtie) and Thad. Also while uzi was talking to the Solver program, N looks back and sees an arm behind them and most likely means that it was gonna take him because in the next scene he disappears 14:06 thad was supposed to be another main character but was swapped with N 14:26 all i gotta say is... Cabin Fever Labs 14:29 trauma of seeing the Solver program shows mom hologram, killing his dad and tricking her by using N that Uzi was afraid of N because he could also do the same which builds up more of her trust issues 17:39 not earth, its copper 9 and its really shown in ep 6 on the computer 19:45 uhhh.... God, I hope Glitch Productions and Liam Vickers iron out the problems in the last two episodes of Murder Drones (season 1).

Uzi didn't "blast J's head off", she vaporized her entire torso (and head) - you can literally see only J's legs left after Uzi shot her (which makes it kinda weird that J still had a shell of her torso in episode 2, but I assumed that was 'cause the Solver started reconstructing her? :/). Also, there was a hint on why N was rebuilt differently in 1st episode - the text of his boot-up sequence, which states that "administrator Cyn" prevented the "Absolute Solver" program from running, hence why he didn't become an eldritch abomination like J. And seeing what happened in later episodes I'm kinda wondering if that might be a hint that Cyn's trying to fight off the Absolute Solver that took control of her body. In 2nd episode, Solver couldn't create realistic holograms at the start 'cause it learned and got better at it as the episode went on. And I'm guessing it used the bad hologram of Thad to lul Uzi and N into false sense of security so they wouldn't expect the realistic hologram mind-screw they were subjected to? It'd still make a lot more sense if it didn't bother with the bad holograms after it learned to create believable ones, tho. :S Also, one complaint you didn't mention: Uzi's "railgun" is *not* a railgun. Based on how it's shown to work, it's either an energy/laser rifle or a plasma rifle. She describes it as "magnetically amplified photon converger", but that's just pure nonsense/technobabble - 'cause photons *can't* be manipulated with magnetic fields! And if she mentioned electrons instead, that would be a particle accelerator, not a railgun. -_- Personally, I don't think episode 2 was bad (tho it was definitely worse than the pilot) - it's episode 3 where the show went off the deep end (tho it did have cool fight coreography). Btw, that Murder Drone animation at the end looked awesome. :D

the problem is they dumped lore filled episodes too early in the series now they dont have enough episodes to make it make sense but its liam vickers so it could just be cryptic for the sake of being horribly cryptic

also you should make a follow up video on the series once its finished next 2 episodes are coming this spring btw* think they took a break for digital circus

fair on the episodes being all over and hard to follow i think its just for the lore thats how it is you gotta like watch it twice to understand it deeply also i think everyone died in episode 2 at least most of them cus we never see those drones again i think that chathd whatever the jocks name is i think hes just a lucky one also main problem i think is with the show doesnt have enough time/ episodes to explain it all

The only problem i see is the writers, Liam Vickers (AKA the creator of Murder Drones) is the only writer of Murder Drones, every season of MD will and sadly have only 8 episodes instead of 10 (I wonder why), And what i wish, is more writing, because season 1 looks a bit rushed
