Do you think a trip here would be good with an 11 year old? He and I backpacked through Costa Rica last year, and I think we would really enjoy Borneo.
Yes definitely possible. I have been in both countries and if he liked costa rica, he for sure will like Borneo as well. Infrastructure is similar - traveling mostly with small busses and fairly good roads.

Did you need a permin to fly your drone there? I assume you didn't take off from the boat but just from the lodge?
@@UnknownUser-pf9rk yes I flew from the lodge, and yes technically you need a permit but it’s almost impossible to get

@@leography du kannst einen Discovery dive ohne tauchschein machen an den meisten Spots aber auch schnorcheln geht In Sipadan brauchst du aber mindestens advanced open water um da zu tauchen
