New Alternator & The Turkey Inspectors.
Buddy of mine was getting the new alternator done for me.
His livestock was quite interested in what we were doing.
Ford Freestyle alternator, not easy to get bolts out, or reinstalled.
Tight area to remove the whole alternator also.

Busy evening for animals, rolling fog also. Deer, skunk, beaver. On the highway I had to slow to about 25 mph once I realized it was not a cat but a skunk. Waves were washing the sand out & exposing the winter ice Push Up mounds. Being out for a bike ride I had not planned to look for rocks. Nor was I prepared. But hey I was there, dive in.

Just up the lake there was still ice up to the shore. This spot is near a river inlet.

First one there....yes where I was but....short while later I see one of the locals walking the water line in boots. He asked if I'd found anything nice. I had not. He however in the waterline had found some very nice agates. I need to get the waders out!!!!! Ice moved from a foot in some places at the shore. To about 100 feet of open water out, in 4 hours. Be careful if you're out early rockhounding. Ice can be hidden under sand. Ice can have unseen overhangs or places it has bucked up. Have fun be safe.

I apologize for the noise at the very first second of my videos. It took me a while to realize what was causing this. I listen to music & the streaming takes a second to shut off when I start to record a video.
This was an outting more about getting out there. Given the unseasonably warm RAINY!!!! last week of December this was possible. I've lived in Central Minnesota for 35 +- years and it has never been this warm. No rocks to find and share, pretty picked over from summer. Have a good one
Throw a hood on it, simple glue and tarp could work, it’d let you essentially put your head in the tub to view, should remove any reflection
