There were some fabulous groups about in Ni in the 70’s and 80’s but none of them r shown in this

my uncle , Tommy Sloan and my aunt sylvia managed a Petrol station in short strand they lived in susan street and i remember hanging around the station in 70s

I was born in Dunmore Street. Sometimes I forget the poverty. just remember the love. my mummy scrubbing the front of the house. White washing the coal bunker. Putting the washing out on the line. we were all in the same boat to 1° or another. Those houses needed to be pulled down and thank God they were… still wouldn’t change a minute.
