Awesome stuff! I hope this comment will reach the right person or Kellen himself… open a location in Blythwood, SC or West Columbia, SC near your current Rock Hill, SC location. Lots of population, near a college so all the furniture and appliance items you get would do great here, low income areas here so people would be bidding like crazy, very cheap industrial buildings in this area also! I have been a customer since day 1 in Rock Hill, SC, have bought truckloads of stuff from them by the pallet literally many times from all 5 locations here in the Carolina’s.

Wonder though how the boss tackles the question of if it is worth it. Or for that matter, how he would handle that question at the end of the road. Was it all worth it?

i'm currently a software engineer, building a tech startup and started my PPL a month ago. This podcast motivated me and resonated with me so much and i hope this guy grows in business and in his pilot career, and i hope you guys grow this youtube channel too! The grind might be hard and frustrating right now, but after a while you'll look back from a better position and it will all be worth it.

I bought my first condo in 2006. It was perfect. My dream. 2008 happened, and my family and I lost everything, so I sold my condo, and I gave it all to my mom and dad, so they could stay in their house. 2008 was a horrible year. I was just a girl doing well until I didnt.
