➤ In this episode we see Titan. A powerful ship built by the vastly intelligent Phealons. It currently resides in the Andromeda galaxy where it protects their home planet from the Phreye Empire.

➤ A general guideline is to listen for at least 15 to 30 minutes. For deeper effects, such as enhanced sleep or deeper meditation, listening for an hour or more can be beneficial. It's essential to listen to your body and mind's responses and adjust accordingly. Longer sessions can provide more profound benefits, but even short periods can offer significant relaxation and healing effects.
