I would q for so many hours just to get maybe +20 rr and would have almost zero progress in the grand scheme of things. But 1 day i decided to take a page out of my friends book he barley plays and is always winning alwys doing well and is always ranking up. More is less and less is more play in condence focused time periods and you will rank up infinity faster then just q ing games.
