This was my first 6 string years ago. I still love it. I’ve had a number Ibanez basses over the years. Ended up giving my 4 strings away. Thinking of picking up the 5 string Mikro, had the 4. But my only 2 Ibanez’s right now are the GSR206 and SR605E. I plan on getting more 5 and 6 strings. That’s where I’m comfortable.

I've seen a redditor saying that since it is a one piece neck, the neck needs to be adjusted every now and then. Is that true? Otherwise, I don't see any problems with it and I'm about to buy it.

why i am getting very volume, got my bass to mxr di+ input then output goes to the input on my bass amp. am using new 9v battery. all volume knobs on bass guitar, di+ box and on the amps are maxxed out but still very low volume.?

I absolutely love mine. I can't even remember when I bought it, or how long I have had it, nut it has been an essential part of my sound for decades! And a Boss GEB 7 EQ pedal.

So ya Timo. I just about bought a GSR206B. I didn't like the feel of the neck or the fret width and heights. It's a dual truss rod design. I think the neck needs something, can't say what but I didnt like it. I didn't buy it. At $100.00 for a set up and new strings thats almost the value of one of these used. I thought Hmmm.... and didn't buy. Good video

Great demo. I must say that your bass' sound is very rich when the M80 is bypassed too.

Prima Tipps für die angespielte Musik. Wer nur mit einer Hand spielt kriegt nur die halbe Gage ;-) Ich persönlich möchte lieber die wunderbaren jazzigen Chords, die ich mir mühsamst erarbeitet habe, spielen und dafür den Gitarrenschrammler stumm schalten.

Großartige Idee, die eigenen Erfahrungen Anfänger/inne/n zur Verfügung zu stellen! Kann jede/r was von mitnehmen: Basiswissen für den Anfang; Grundregeln, an die man nicht oft genug erinnert werden kann; kleine Tipps, auf die man erst nach vielen hundert Stunden Ausprobieren selbst kommen würde. Vielen Dank! Für mich als Keyboarder einer Bigband witzige Akkorde - weil ich immer in B-Tonarten unterwegs bin. Da ist der Druck, sich normalerweise ins Arrangement einzufügen, nochmal größer.

why my same bass sound so dark...and yours is so good? my interface is Focusrite Saffire liquid 56 and Scarlett 1820 3rth gen... in both get a disappoint sound 😔 i don't understand why...i connect my other Harley Benton Mb-5 (stingray style) and is amazing...this ibanez get me crazy 😢

Hi, can i use this pedal for direct application for live gigs? I mean no amp, the xlr output direct/stright to the FOH/mixer?

Thanks for posting. Are the neck and bridge pickup volume knobs reversed? Looks like turning down bridge is clockwise while turning up neck is also clockwise. (or reverse for mirror image?)
