Fumito Ueda already said the new game would be open world, so I doubt the gameplay would take place mostly underground. In the U.S. the demo for "ICO" was playable & after you played the demo a trailer for "ICO" would follow. So, what do you think...will we finally see something for Fumito Ueda's 4th game at Tokyo Gameshow 2024? Is a full remake of "ICO" closer to happening now that SONY acquired Bluepoint Games? Are we going to get a Definitive Edition of S.O.T.C. next year for the 20th anniversary?

It's interesting when Ueda says that he's "never satisfied with his games," thinking he could have added something more or done something different. That thought is in his fans to this day, everyone wants more, theorizes about Shadow of The Colossus for decades. Considering this, I think he could have had more freedom in the remake of SOTC, ending the story as he wanted, at least as far as the content inserted, that is, 48 or 24 colossi. Ueda is indisputably an artist, but all artists have their ego, which should be put aside when you change other people's lives. You've changed their lives, so you can't just think about your work. In my opinion, a "final version" of SOTC could be released without tarnishing or being the original game, without the limitation of the PS2 era. That would give rest to a number of passionate hearts that just won't let the idea of what SOTC could have been die. We're human, we don't make everything perfect the first time. Considering this, perhaps for the first time Ueda when playing he would say, I wouldn't change anything about this game!

Nowdays, when everything's done with a haste, and the releases are so often just amalgamations of things we've seen in other titles, I personally find it very hard to connect with what's coming out. Knowing Ueda's still out there, creating these unique worlds and designs is heartwarming. Loved the interview

Yeah this movie had such great potential and it ended up sucking. Let's be realistic. A what young tribal female all alone with a dog single handed beat an Alien that was bigger, stronger, and more advanced in every way with a Tomahawk that she attached to leather and did things with that Tomahawk that is simply impossible to use that way in real life. You turned a Great Sci-fi movie into a woke female feminist sci fantasy movie for no damn reason. Such a shame!!🤬
