Oh my GODS lol 😂 great example that’s funny. Yes, yeah I would eat the whole frozen pizza and drink a couple beers and literally sit on the elliptical at the gym and watch TV. Well OK this is before cell phones people. Sometimes I would read a book while I’m on the treadmill And I would just work out for an hour yeah no I love the FASTer Way. It’s definitely more targeted. Ha ha

Finally you made sense at the end ,it really should be quality over flavor ,protein powders and bars especially are full of junk.. eat food ,,one is better off with 3 eggs some cottage cheese ,maybe a glass of whole fat organic grass fed milk ,or organic soy milk ,the one that has only one ingredient ,,,,organic soy . , if you dont buy a high quality PP and your drinking one a day and you think its healthy its not and many people think milk substitutes are healthy ,,like almond milk ect ,,dream on ,,read the ingredients in everything you eat ,. EAT REAL FOOD
yes, most protein powders and bars are full of ingredients you don't want to add to your body but some people need something quick and protein powder can be a great source of protein for those people. That is why I stated to read labels. A lot of people I work with can't eat dairy due to an intolerance so letting those people know what other options they have that are quick is helpful

I like the think of it like this: your muscles are a house and if you want to built a better/bigger house you need supplies and workers. Protein is the supply and carbs are the workers.
