Hello, I have a question for you as an owner of the Pronto 60? I’m considering one but someone said I need to be concerned on smaller engraving projects because the laser may not be able to do them as well as a 40 (80w) because of the minimum watts required to fire the tube. Have you had this issue?
He should also sue all these companies using his AI voice to sell their crap!
any more updates on the pronto 60?
So far so good, spending a bit more time with it getting the settings worked out before we really kick it into gear.
Could four or six people lif t this about three feet up into my workshop I don't have access to any lifting machinery?
@@lizardfreakboy It would be a tough one but with enough people I am sure it could be done.
muy bonita! pero y la pintura???
Very nice work 3rd Shift..
If you're going to show vid of you welding, you need to show the welds. Cutting away and not showing the welds is like not showing the finished product after painting.
You are wonderful with what you do. Keep up the great work.
Can’t believe you have so few views for the caliber of work you do.
Thank you, just getting the channel started so looking forward to that number growing.
I was hoping you were going to blue them, instead of powder coat.
Beautiful tools, beautiful shop. Nice work!
Thank you very much!
Nice work
Thank you!
Amazing you are able to restore such an old pump. Loved it
I like your work! Maybe try some much closer shots of assembly, disassembly, and your restoration work. Also, I suggest a top down view of polishing and perhaps a little bit of a filter on the flame of the laser to show the removal of the rust (which is really nice) more clearly. You could also try showing the restorer’s angle (view). Folks also seem to like it if you can show the powder coating melt. Keep up the good work!
Thank you for the suggestions, we are still working through getting our videos dialed in and we really appreciate the input, we will work on that with the next one.
The whole process was interesting, loved the laser rust removal. Looks like it’s brand new!
Great video can’t wait to see another. 😊
Great channel loved the video.
Dang! This is your first video! I look forward to more of this content! Well done! Is that tig brazing you did on the repair? Or was that a preheat before regular old filler? The rod doesn’t look brass colored. I gots questions! Fan already!
Thank you so much, we have quite a few more videos in the works. So the torch was for preheat only then moved onto the tig for fill and it took great.
I think they were wanting to know what filler you used...as am I. I'm also guessing not silicon or aluminum bronze given sparks when grinding and finished appearance. Inconel? ER70?
Absolutely, we were using Radnor brand ER70S-2 3/32" filler with our Miller Syncrowave 350LX set at 140amps and straight argon as our shielding gas.
Awesome 😎
Great video, from old to almost new. He makes it look easy,
