    Makes a lot of sense + not threatening movement patterns is a great tip too - still getting so many patients who've been to therapists who scare them to death.. Keep the good advice coming Dave.

    Heel DROPS (eccentric loading) are MUCH better for achilles injury

      Thanks for your comment. That has been the traditional thinking, but a lot of great research has been performed by Ebonie Rio, Peter Malliaras, Jill Cook and other showing isometric exercises are often better in the early stages of rehabilitation and eccentrics can be used as a progression later in the rehabilitation process.

    I am experiencing pain in the second metatarsalgia, visited a couple of podiatrist, had x-rays done, mri and no luck in getting any good results. Even an orthodic but has not done the trick to get rid of it.

      That's no good Lyn, do you have a good Physiotherapist/Physical therapist in your area that you can see to assess your foot?
