Very nice Sensei Jesse! I love Naihanchi kata. Our version in Isshinryu is just slightly different but is virtually the same. It is often a very neglected kata which is a shame considering Choki Motobu practiced it all the time and said it will make you a good fighter.

Ahora funjo como Presidente de la Asociación de Karate Do Guanajuato, A.C. somos de Goju Ryu, que en un principio platico nuestro profesor que el fue alumno de uno de los hijos del Prof. Gogen Gato Yamaguchi y comento que su estilo provenia del Goju Kai.

Thank you for this presentation; I sincerely enjoyed Perry Sensei's comments and, in particular, his description of the Bujin...absolutely brilliant. Elements central to understanding the nature of this unique Okinawan art, such as Bun Bu Ryo Do, Shin Gi Tai, and Karate ni Sente Nashi, present a too often neglected part of this cultural heritage, and the commander delivers it with wonderful authority. I hope you/he might consider expanding more upon this area so that we might all gain deeper insights.
