Top 100 Plays in College Football History
มุมมอง 570K2 ปีที่แล้ว
My list of the top 100 best plays and most iconic moments in college football history. Obviously not everyone will agree, comment which ones you think I missed! Most plays are from the last 30 years since the footage is harder to find in old videos. Thanks for watching!
Featured Island Submission-- Pitcher03's Indoor Combat Simulator

This video shows 10 mins of gameplay from my "indoor combat simulator" map, as well as information about all the features. TO WHOEVER AT EPIC GAMES IS WATCHING THIS: I accidentally submitted the featured island form before I finished writing about all the features, so some things were left out. I will mention them below: Scoring system that awards 1 point per placement, 1 point per assist, 2 po...

On #71 the Woodson interception against Michigan State, watch how the quarterback and the possibly intended receiver get planted. That was one mean defense.
Man, what a great video for true college football fans. Thank you 👊
The fact that you don't include the James Street pass to Randy Peschel in the 1969 game between Texas and Arkansas is very disappointing.
Goat compilation thank you brotha
After watching the first 10 plays I decided that this list sucks.
Coming off the bench to make the tackle is diabolical
Surprised to see that Arkansas 4th & 25 against ole miss didn’t make it. The hunter heave.
1969 Game of the Century Nixon, Billy Graham present and more than 50% of TV viewers watching, #1 Texas beats #2 Arkansas down 0-14 James Street QB Texas scores on an improbable Scramble of almost 50 yards breaking about 4 tackles to put Texas on the board.
Great job! I love college football
I usually don’t argue about other people’s list, but this is trash 😂
1900’s grossly underrepresented on this list, although I realize that clips of the ‘60’s and ‘70’s are harder to come by.
Good job. Number 1 is so iconic but that #2, that will always be my #1.
This was fun thanks. Brought back a lot of great memories and one bad one #17 ugh
This list doesn’t make sense to me, how was Georgia’s pick 6 that sealed the deal for their first national championship in over 40 years dead last?
The Tommy Lewis and Woody Hayes plays don't belong. Both involved rule-breaking. I also think the Frazier and Rodgers plays should have been higher. The first was an amazing feat in a title game, the second took place during The Game of the Century. 1 vs. 2. The de facto National Championship Game. 55 million viewers watched.
Would have liked to have seen "The Hit" on this list, nastiest hit I've ever seen, but great list nonetheless. 1991 A&M @ TCU.
Mostly SEC games.
What about the 1967 Iron Bowl. Alabama vs Auburn. Ken Stabler, "Snake" with the "Run In The Mud." 47 yards to win the game. BTW, Snake played 15 years in the NFL. His longest run ? 18 yards.
The play with the band is iconic. But the kick six is the biggest play in college history. Auburn Bama iron bowl 1 vs 4 to go to the national championship Bama in the middle of a dynasty and he goes 109 off a field goal with no time left. It doesn’t get bigger and more meaningful
Damn Tyrique Hill can fly
Greatest 100 my ASS!
Taylor Martinez run for a TD vs. Wisconsin...th-cam.com/video/v5Bg4fz99AY/w-d-xo.html
The last play WAS the best play. Nice.
Boise State is EASILY top 3 - and arguably #1.
Trash list
Flip #1 and #2. Good list
Wouldnt you know it, Bama showed up a lot here win or lose. So fitting.
Texas over USC cant be topped. Well, not unless you get in a time machine and go make a play for USC. Its a heartbreaker for me, but it deserves its rightful place at the top, just like the Longhorns did that year.
👏
Top 2 are BS!!!
One Ohio State highlight and it’s a controversial call?
Hi! Thanks for posting these! I found the addition of the music to interfere with the enjoyment of these plays. Can the background music be lowered in volume/loudness? If so, please do so.
Missed the Roy Williams (OU vs Tx) "Superman" play. Other than that an amazing job!
I remember watching the ALA v AUB Kick Six stunned! One of the best college football plays ever!
Tommie Frazier at #32???? Come on
One of the best things I’ve ever seen on TH-cam. Absolutely awesome.
Thanks!
#35 should've been at least in the Top 5. A bizarre play from another planet. I got dizzy watching the 100 laterals going back and forth. Beyond amazing.
David Pollack interception against South Carolina
I'm a Louisville fan , but one of three plays , if not all three should have made the list. The 2002 overtime upset of FSU , Henry Miller run......the Sugar Bowl int by Floyd to kick start the biggest underdog upset in BCS bowl history at the time vs Florida, and the UCF pick six to win the game
Two honorable mentions Wrong Way Roy Riegels in the 1929 Rose Bowl And the Wangler to Carter 1979 Michigan win over Indiana just for the Bob Ufer call alone
Lots of other teams had outstanding plays that were better than a lot of these.
it was good but you missed some...
God as a FSU fan the GT game strikes a nerve. I remember watching that game live and knew FSU was going to blow it. Sure enough it was a blocked field goal 😤.
Really solid list. Heck you even included that D3 highlight. The only moment I thought I might see, but didn't is this one. th-cam.com/video/U-jzYMSiNHQ/w-d-xo.html
Kick Six is, by faaaaaaaaaaar, the number one play! WDE
A forgotten great play was SMU's Kick return lateral to beat Texas Tech in 1982 to maintain their undefeated season.
Something about the Boise state Oklahoma game and how it played out is just insanely chilling to me. I’d put that at #3 or so on this. A truly unbelievable and amazing game! Great video man.
Agreed, placing the top 10 in order was extremely difficult. Someday I will make a “top 30 games” video and that boise st game will be top 3, maybe even #1!
@@pitcher0319 changed my mind, it’s absolutely #1 without question. Just can’t justify any other game or scenario over this 😂 looking forward to your next video!
So Ezekiel elliotts run against alabama didn't make the top 100?
There is a team called the University of Oklahoma. One of the greatest teams ever. Have you heard of them?
Yup they made the video! Didn’t you see they are featured in the 6th best moment of college football history again Boise state?
I saw the kick six live…easily the greatest CFB game ever!
Agreed. I hate seeing bama lose, but that was the best game I have ever watched and probably top 5 ever played
