Where’d you get your nail desk from?

I’m a new nail tech and want to do this. What kind of top coat is that, notice it didn’t leave a gloss. Also I’ve seen some add clear acrylic on top, is that not a must, obviously. Beautiful work. Thanks in advance

I looked at the price of those brushes and I was like oh my gosh then I looked and saw it was Canada when I clicked on the u.s. they were only 499. So I got them I'm always on the hunt for good brush to do detail work only do nails on myself still never have enough good liner brushes I bought them I can't wait till they come
