Customer service should be the number one priority. No matter how well an item might perform,. If yours breaks, you are out of luck until customer service responds. I have a Blackstone and enjoy cooking with it but what do I do, when a component fails. 😢 Turn it into a flower box? 😅 Highly not recommend Blackstone because their customer service is broke. Cook on griddle fans.

I bought a 28 inch Pro Series in April of 21,I contacted Blackstone and they told me up front that they were out of stock and that it could be 6-8 months as they were waiting on a shipment from their Manufacturer. It took a little longer, I received my replacement hood in April of 22

My wife and I did 2 days of shop tours about 4 years ago. We used Garage Pass ShopTours and had a great time. Our guide was a former pit crew member and had tons of info. He also knew a few of the garage people.I'd do that again.

I just bought a Camp Chef stove somewhat similar to yours. I have not used it yet. I would like to use it on my little screened porch but all the warnings with the stove kind of scared me off a bit. Obviously you have not found that the walls or ceiling of your porch get dangerously hot while using the stove?

Was the sticker on the griddle cover as big a pain in the ass for you to remove as it was for us? Took my wife a lot of scrubbing and scratching to remove it without damaging the finish. To be honest there are still a few adhesive spots and we had to do it before seasoning the griddle top to prevent melting the sticker on! Other than that no real serious issues on our unit. The griddle top doesn't quite fully seat back into the slots because the rear pins were welded about 3/8 inch off, but it hasn't caused any cooking issue so far.

What a nice day there. We went a little over a week ago with the kids and the grands and had a blast.
