I fixed the 10 tooth gear in the hip mechanism and now he works great! Fixing the hat arm soon

I have almost the same for years now, grandkids love it, but this year one of them pushed santa in the corner and we noticed too late.. Now santa does not dance anymore, by the start, once litte movement, that's it....any idea where I must look if it is blocked or something? Thank you.

(I talk about design and mechanism) i have a Gemmy santa but i not understand who is better for a simple thing, they are completely different haha. For me both are good
@@animatedchristmasitems for me, I like both but I like the Gemmy Santa more. I like how they have different pitches while the range Santa is all the normal pitch
i have him hes better looking than gemmy but gemmy does dance better if you fix him up he looks good

The Santa does have a rubber belt, but we took that off to see if it’s broken but it’s perfect as there’s nothing wrong with it
