answering this question in public is very sensitive the major difference between large quad and small quad is the number of washrooms large quad has two washrooms - the large quad and small quad terms are used mostly by Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi guests and hajj and umrah service providers, - in the online channels hotels use different room types you can check the booking.com room types to know the names. - the wholesalers and allotment holders mostly don't use a large quad or small quad they mention only quad rooms with 4 beds without promising 02 washrooms,. let me answer your second question yes if you are booking via travel agents or wholesalers you can get 5 beds or 6 beds in a room ( 01 or 02 extra beds added normally smaller beds than the usual beds ) with extra bed charges, but you will rarely find such facilities and room types in online Thanks.
