Cannot pair and I have the signia hearing aids. Tried the red reset button and it reset, however it did not reset. Tried like video indicated as I have the rocker type and turned it off for 5 seconds and the light turned red. The back of my tv has fiber optic from Att with one connection. The Rx cables that come with my Signia streaming for tv has no where to plug in and if it did my manual says I can’t use both connection systems for pairing. So I disconnected the RC cables since I had no where to connect to the tv. Currently trying to pair them. You would think it would be simple. Wonder why it won’t pair??

I have a Signa TV steamer and followed these steps and nothing happened. I watched the video on Signa Website and they included making sure the Bluetooth was turned on via the iPhone then going to the Truhearing or Signa app and turning on the TV Streamer in the app. It wall works great now. It could be this step was not needed when this video was made but just are a reminder for others, they need to turn on the TV streamer in their app.

my wife and i had ear candling yesterday here in london uk at a chinese medecine place. i swore to my wife after that it was incredible the difference in hearing, i told her it was like being born again so she had a go too. the most important part of the process was the "revealing " of the ear wax residue , i thought it was incredible. When i was going to bed my last thought was hey maybe this was some sort of scam. so as soon as i woke up i did a you tube search and fond this video. This is exactly what i needed to see. The important point is that my wife has had some really major inner ear surgery some years ago and getting an ear infection could be disastrous

Can this be used to connect to a Macbook ? I'm thinking if I cabled the headphone socket on the Macbook to the RCA on the Streamline thats just the same as directing TV audio to the Streamline.

I just got a new set of Truhearing (Signia) TH 6 RIC LI T aids about 2 months ago with domes and thinking about switching over to custom molds as per your videos! I get a lot of random squeaks with my domes! I also listen to a lot of music (streaming into my aids) and would like to hear more low ends. I am concerned about wax buildup because I get some now but the tip of the dome seems to help protect the receiver from the wax. In the custom molds (from what I see) the receiver is out in the open with no protection! Won't that be a problem for more wax buildup on it?

I would have thought DIRECT streaming would mean the tv would stream DIRECTLY to the hearing aids? This seems to be indirect streaming.

Awesome step by step video! I recently upgraded to a iPhone 14Plus and tho I transfered all the data from my iPhone 7Plus to my 14plus I was having problems with the new iphone, it didn't pick up my Bluetooth hearing aids settings and show "not connected", tho the Signia app was part of the data transfer from the former iphone. I figured I had to reinstall the app on my new iphone but wanted to ck via TH-cam first to make sure I followed all the steps accurately. I did just that and VIOLA!!.....within a few minutes I had the app and my bluetooth hearing aid settings on my iphone 14plus. Thank you for an informative and clear video. :)

I need help i got mine from a previous owner who was family and ive needed them and they have a custom mold and i want to know if i could somehow switch them to normal domes im so confused ive never had hearing aids like these their phonak rechargeable ones ive only ever had battery ones and i haven't been able to find them so in making due with these can anyone please help me

i just got the rexton smart transmitter 2,4 and the seller said it would work with the signia ax5 hearing aids. when i try to pair all i get is flashing blue lights i don't get any error for the streamer not connected to the tv or if i was to connect both inputs to it like the signia manual says i should see. i figure the signia maun should be close to the reston manual but i cant find the rexton manual online. so by any chance do you know if the reston will connect to the signia ax5 hearing aids?

Thank You So Much for this video!!! I have always worn Phonak hearing aids and this is my first Resond pair. I could tell my wax guard desperately needed changing but I was so scared to do this myself. Being the weekend I turned to TH-cam figuring you can find any information you need there, right?!? After many useless videos, I finally found yours (because my wax guards are INSIDE my custom molds) I was able to remove my ear mold, changed the wax guard and gave everything a good cleaning… and everything still worked when I put it back together!😃😃 SUPER helpful video!! Again, THANK YOU!!😃🤗😃

Thank you for this video. I recently had to replace my left hearing aid and I was not able to pair it with my iPhone. This video showed me how to do that by "starting over". Very helpful and saved me a trip in to see the audiologist.
