I want to start also posting my videos to reddit, so that other people can say what they think on the topic(s). But I think reddit has a maximum time limit for videos, I think this goes over the limit. I want to check but reddit isn't working for me right now.

Thoughts as I drive through or near the Grand Pre area, on my way back to Halifax. Thoughts about Acadia University, the region it finds itself in, my university history I think - it's now May 8 as I post it. I think I'd prefer to post the video on the same day I make it.

If I may ask, why do you feel it's so difficult for you to engage with others in conversation?
I don't know if I can give a simple answer. It may be because I'm avoiding facing what I see as conflict, with my ideas I go places people don't want to go. It depends on the situation too I think, groups vs. one on one. Another reason may be my long pauses in my speech, while I think. I'm reflective enough that I get buried in group conversations, which is why I'm doing this journaling I think, to try to make use of the way I am, I think... I may do a video for this. Thanks, this helps
@@alexbujold1 @alexbujold1 All right, well it's a great step towards improvement, if that's your goal, to be able to recognize what and where the issue lies. I think something else that'd be helpful is trying to reflect on what experiences you may have had in the past, if any, that caused you to want to avoid conflict, and conversations in general, moreso specific experiences. I think your videos are quite interesting. I also struggle heavily with socializing and conversations, so it's good to know I'm not alone.

For what's its worth, my advice for feeling more purpose and connection would be to daily meditate, be more in touch with Nature as well, etc We're never really lonely

What is 432hz mean?
It's a different tuning of music than the standard tuning, which is 440 Hz. Some research indicates 432 Hz may be better for well-being.
