Join us on our unforgettable journey to São Miguel, one of the stunning Azores Islands!
We began our adventure exploring the breathtaking beauty of Lake Furnas, with its serene waters and lush surroundings. The geothermal activity here creates unique hot springs where we enjoyed a relaxing soak in the mineral-rich waters.
Our travels took us to the enchanting waterfalls of Salto do Cabrito and Ribeira dos Caldeirões, where the cascading water and vibrant greenery left us in awe.
One of the highlights was hiking up the iconic volcanoes of São Miguel. The panoramic views from Sete Cidades, with its twin lakes of contrasting blue and green, and the awe-inspiring vistas from Lagoa do Fogo, were truly unforgettable.
Throughout our journey, we discovered hidden gems and secret spots that showcased the island's raw beauty and charm, making our trip extra special.

Zou ik mogen vragen hoeveel jullie breedweg kwijt waren voor jullie deze vakantie? wil zelf al jaren heel graag gaan, maar vind alles lastig in te schatten🫠 super video
@@piotrbrouwer3732 wij waren iets minder dan 2000 euro kwijt per persoon. Maar dit was inclusief verblijf, vlucht en 4 excursies. Dit hebben we destijds geboekt bij een reisorganisatie.

Pretty video! Fun fact: John Wayne, in 23rd of June of 1963, docked his luxury yacht, Wild Goose, in São Miguel and during his stay he dinned at Alcides, the same restaurant you ate. They even have a framed picture on the wall. Hope you enjoyed your stay in the island.
