The 1st order RC filter experiment
มุมมอง 199ปีที่แล้ว
The capacitor model is good under low frequency (e.g., below 2MHz), but it is no longer true at higher frequency Capacitor acts as an inductor when the frequency is high enough (e.g., above 2MHz) For high frequency design, we have to choose capacitor carefully so that it is working as a good capacitor Minimize the parasitic inductance as much as we can

how can I see at which time it got the Vmax measurement?
Thanks for your question. Here is a quick solution: Firstly, you already measure the Vmax and know the value is 26.2342 in this particular example, Secondly, you can find the particular time when V(in) crosses this max, by using the syntax as below: .meas TRAN time_Vmax FIND V(in) WHEN V(in)=26.2342 CROSS=1
Can I connect through WIFI if I attach a dongle to my MSO5104? Thanks.
Great video! Super help and just what I was looking for. Thanks!
Hello, thanks for this vedio. And i like to ask you about this Error please ""dvipng" -q -D 1200 -T tight -bg Transparent -o IguanaTex_tmp.png IguanaTex_tmp.dvi" after i write maths text in Latex this Error appear!!
nice! be aware the name of the folder is "C:\temp" then windows automatically adds another "\". However, it works thanks!
thanks 👍
what usb cable did you use? mine is not working
Good Video, Is the presentation file available?
Can you please explain the new video, again, for the new version 60.3 which is being released for office 2021? Please do it, if possible, it will help a lot.
Thank you sir...
great video, thanks!
I pasted mathpix latex code into this, and it pops out a windows saying"Could not start process: '"pdflatex11 -output-format dvi -shell-escape -interaction=batchmode lguanaTex_tmp.tex'. GetLastError returned 0"
"dvipng" -q -D 1200 -T tight -bg Transparent -o IguanaTex_tmp.png IguanaTex_tmp.dvi help me
nice tip 👍
Is there a program out there that will automatically create a transfer function for you if you give it a circuit? Or does each circuit need to be analyzed by hand to figure out the transfer function?
Mostly likely you need to start the transfer function by hand derivation, then you can use software to simplify it and you have to finalize it into the canonical form by hand (again)
Waiting for your videos Sir
Thank you for your info!
Kindly include Inductor VOLT-SEC balance
Thank You Sir,Suggest some good books whereI can learn raw fundamentals
Thank you so much sir... Your videos are really insightful. If time permits kindly make videos on loop gain measurements of DC-DC converter using LTspice... Thank you again
OK. I will put it on my to-do list. I've done it many times successfully in LTspice . Good reference: www.analog.com/en/technical-articles/how-to-use-ltspice-to-produce-bode-plots-for-led-drivers.html Latest version has a FRA module but I find it not as good as the old syntax: ez.analog.com/design-tools-and-calculators/ltspice/w/faqs-docs/18464/generate-a-bode-plot-for-an-smps-in-ltspice-17-1
What is the role of R2 here, does R2 effects the output response?
Thanks for the question. First, R1 and R2 decide the DC gain since it scales down the Vin to Vout. Secondly, R1, R2 and C determine the frequency pole location. It's better derive the transfer function by hand so that you will understand it quickly. Hope it helps.
@@eesanity Yes Sir it is clear now
Thank you sir. Can you make a video on how to use .meas command to find the frequency of various waveform like sawtooth, triangular , sine and some aperiodic signals please?
I did a quick search and found an existing working example on the post: www.eevblog.com/forum/projects/frequency-measurement-in-ltspice/
Massive thanks! :)
Very useful video ❣️

Amazing
thank you for this excellent tutorial
Glad it was helpful!
Espetacular
It's strange that the "Get Hard Copy" field was not labeled "Get Screenshot" or "Capture Screenshot" or something to that effect.
I think the name of "hard copy" is carried over from its legacy: mkelzenb.caltech.edu/software/TDSHC/index.html, Here is some explanation: "Thoughts In the days of analog scopes, if a permanent record of the scope's display was required, a film camera was mounted in front of the screen to photograph the ephemeral luminescence of the CRT's phosphors. The result was a physical ("hard") copy of the scope's display. Digital scopes such as the TDSXXX series provide the remarkable ability to retain waveforms in volatile memory, and if a permanent record of the scope's display is required, it can be acquired digitally using the scope's "hardcopy" function. The result is a digital image file... which sounds more like a "soft" copy to me."
Está muy buena el video pero no explica de ¿donde sale? .step.................
wonderful diode Ltspice information. this will help in creating and simulation of an AD202kn Analog Devices isolation Amp. 😎 thank you.
I think you can use an arbitrary voltage source to simply model it as a voltage source. For detailed model, you can go to analog and ask for help. www.analog.com/en/support/technical-support.html Be careful about this part. It is out dated and very expensive.
@@eesanity thank you and no wonder the info is limited.
interesting information. I would like to simulate an AD202kn Analog Devices isolation amp. this video will help. thank you.
Thanks a lot...
Nice tutorial. Please also explain how to read the .raw file so create using python. Thanks in advance...Please.
The answer is in my other videos
You look as a nice guy. I think you are learning python from Matlab. Maybe I can support a bit. Cheers!
Hey great video, can help me in finding output waveform at particular time instant in LTspice using .meas statement

its very nice. MY QUESTION IS if I have I-V characteristics and i wanted to know value of current when the voltage crosses zero. How to do it?
It is pretty easy to do. Probably you already figured it out. Here is the video to answer your question. th-cam.com/video/8NHd_prqfCE/w-d-xo.html

can we automate Hspice with Python. Please make a video of this as well or recommend any course related to this.
Sorry I am not familiar with HSpice. Using Google Search, I found: www.linuxtut.com/en/a79375c7d245a7ca148d/ github.com/colbybrooks/Automating-HSPICE
can we automate Hspice with python. if yes then please make a video of this as well.
can we automate Hspice with python? Is there any course
Thanks a Lot!
I think u saved my life <3. For any kind of reason LTspice on mac it doesn't have the option to fill in any form, so it is not possible to automatically get .tran or .meas syntax. Thanks for sharing!!
How we can change variable time step to fix time step
electronics.stackexchange.com/questions/340475/ltspice-transient-analysis-how-to-specify-the-number-of-data-points-per-step LTspice does not have a fixed time step. Only adaptive time step.
Awesome, thanks.
