I'm not sure if I could ever unlearn using a clutch and manually shifting gears. I could be wrong. Overall, it's beautiful bike and an interesting concept that maybe I'd like to experience at least once.

I like how this gives you a choice in how to ride. If you want to cruise around without having to shift and saving fuel, you can. If you want to ride aggressively and shift at redline, you can do that too. Awesome. Doubt a lot of motorcyclists would agree but whatever. A lot of people will like it.

Watch the fat guy fitting the side-stand; he is responsible for cross-threading the front side stand anchor bolt; which resulted in my bike falling to the ground (on the left side). S.O.B!!!!!. I was really disappointed, as I have previously purchased NEW, 1975 GL1000, 1978GL1000(really good), various CR's, last but not least-2010 VFR1200DCT. Which I absolutely love; best road bike ever. I am still having issues the slack Q.A and workmanship; PAT ATTENTION MISTER HONDA.

My VFR1200F is an amazing motorcycle

doesn't want the hassle of changing gear? i don't think people would ride a bike if they find it a hassle. Only people its good for is the old, and the crippled.

@Greenmarine6 - they have redesigned the shaft that its acts and feels like a chain driven bike. See the previews from honda VFR 1200 owners on youtube. so c'mon now do you think Honda will leave anything until changed in the VFR1200 as they push technology forwards, the answer is no! :)

ridden it, and it's the best bike I've ever ridden. Almost as powerful, fast and light as a superbike, but much easier to ride on the road, very comfortable and enjoyable on the road at any speed. the only things I would change: 1: the windscreen which is easily done... 2: change the fuel consumption to 230 mpg so I could ride it all day long heheh

Looks like it was shot in the dolomites. Great Riding. Either I buy one of these and mod it up for proper two up touring or I buy a K1300GT.

I think it looks very pretty. Has classic lines and curves, rather then the squashy faces of most modern bikes. I love the shape of the tank, looks like a shield almost ;)

Last time I checked VFR did not have chain. Please check 28-29 sec and 45 sec. Next time they put a promo vid they should make sure the footage is about what they are talking about.

I'd like to see a road test between the XX.... Big isn't always bad!!! Some people like to drive an F350 crew cab diesel!! except for the girl on the back...........

I totally agree sclanton80!!! I don't get it. How is this supposed to be nice? It' ugly! Maybe even more ugly than the latest GSX-Rs with their ugly exhausts. I'm sure it will be a good bike, but where is the joy in riding something you cannot look at?! :)
