I just watched this episode like yesterday, I know it doesn't rlly mean anything rn but I still popped off like crazy! i hope there's a scene later where Chip and jay reflect on their adventure on the Island and Chip has to face what the kiss being an "act of love" means for him and gill. That would be sweet. Maybe in the moonlight on their next ship Chip and jay remenisce and jay casually asks about how they solved that puzzle and Chip gets flustered but tells her and tells her that it was the best kiss he's ever had and that he doesn't want to think about what this means but jay brings it up and then he finally accepts his Feelings and gill overhears it and they're himbo and bastard forever and ever. This is my fanfic idea you cannot have it!

i really love this. the way the memories flow in and out of each other is beautiful. like gillion being thrown between his room with edyn into training and back, or seeing chip and jay when edyn talks about finding his own path. it's really wonderful. the characters are also very expressive. incredible work!
