WHITEHAVEN BEACH TOUR | Is it the whitest beach in the world?
One of my bucket lists is visiting all the best beaches in the world! One of them is the Whitehaven beach in Queensland, Australia. 😍🌊🌴
Whitehaven Beach is a 7 km stretch along Whitsunday Island, Australia. The island is accessible by boat, seaplane & or helicopter from Airlie Beach, as well as Hamilton Island.
I love it because it's untouched and protected. It defines nature at its best.
It has crystal-clear aqua waters and pristine silica sand. The sand contains 98% silica meaning it is extremely fine and soft, with some comparing the consistency to that of baby powder. Because of the silica, the sand doesn’t retain heat and makes it a fantastic place to walk barefoot, even on a hot day.
You can only stay at the beach for 2 hours. There's no accommodation and establishments around.
For me, it's one of the best beaches in the world 👌(except for the jellyfish 😆).

    Great picks! I use my shallow casserole pans every day. I ended up buying 2 and glass lids because I always wished I had a second one when I was cooking! I also collect marseille blue but I have a couple pieces in white and also navy and then some random red. When they go on sale it is so exciting! I have the roaster pan too but I forget to use it! That one is heavy and I probably need to put it somewhere else in the kitchen so I grab for it!

    It's a nice beach but it's a shame they've done nothing with the island and the boats often drop tourists off too far south ;D

      Yes, it's the same as Bora, wala nga lang mga restos and bars and you can't stay overnight because there's no accommodation at the beach. It's untouched and well protected 👌
