Just in Sync many attempts to make it work in Sync very difficult. Used Nintendo Wii and Swtich Controller

Also tried to use TAS assistant to keep it in Sync

I noticed that too but it's actually 2 players because it's really hard to play with 2 controllers In the same time and also you both move in the same time for a piece of time

@yasuox4760 It is very hard to play with 2 controllers. But the person I'm playing with is a family member, and he has never played this before. Sometimes, I tell him to follow or sync up. 😅

It's a mod that I created. Its called a AR Code. Every character has a long code which is (04354E60 0000000X). X Values: 0 = Mario, 1 = Luigi, 2 = Blue Toad, 3 = Yellow Toad

There is a code for every character in the game and every character has a code thats is 1 - 4. 1 - Mario 2 - Luigi 3,4 - Toad

If you were to play on an actual WII console. There is modding, which is simply though a USB Drive.

I recommend doing in on a PC or laptop first. It's called a AR Code. I would first the correct one for the character you choose and upload to a USB drive.

I'm sure it has to do with a code that luigi is player 1, so Mario's code was replaced for some reason.
