You can buy this thing from pharmacies, that you put over your head and wear it on your forehead. It's like a frisbee with a hole in the middle, the size of a grapefruit. It's flexible. It protects your eyes from shampoo when washing hair. Parents buy this sort of thing for babies to stop that problem too.
