im a gardener and when strimming leaning forwards slightly say around 5 degrees, my pain starts, so how can activating the same muscles fix the problem?
Did you try the PSO rite? It helped me a lot
It worked at first and then it started to hurt again. I did it again and it didn’t hurt. It actually did, because it was a placebo effect for me. Idk if it works or not, but a placebo effect is better than pain

Are you supposed to do this when it’s hurting like hell. Idk if this is my problem but the past 2 days have been hell. I’ll get comfortable for a min then I’ll go to move or reposition myself and suddenly it sinks its teeth into my lower back and I can’t even breathe from the sudden sharp unrelenting pain. This sucks.

Well I tried this. Ended up with a painful spasm. Got a massage, which was painful but helped. Massage therapist said it was the periformis & glute maximus in that same area. I think from this exercise.

I have an excess curve in my spine. Find it to be a relaxing stretch to do the lay on back, knees up. I need to consciously tilt my hips into a more neutral position. Will try these exercises.
Did you have pain because I’m scared I have a little of this but I have no pain
@SpeedStackingHuman I am diagnosed with a pain disorder & have pain a lot of the time anyway. Back area is usually achy for me. Massage therapist said a lot of the tension is referred from glutes. I can see an improvement in my posture if I make the conscious effort to tilt my hips. But doesn't stay. So I guess need to balance things out.
@@BipolarCourage Wow. I am decently strong in my core, glute and hip areas and I see that I only have a slight arch. I think if I work on some of the exercises it’ll get better

Lol dude I laughed watching this because I used to do this at the gym and people would stare at me like I was insane! Hey, how would you determine if you have SI or Piriformis issues? Would feeling pain when doing specific movements/exercises vs 24/7 constant aching be signs for either one?

Don’t do the Superman si joint pain is caused my tight hip flexors and lower back Do the bridge but only if you’re core is engaged Most people do it wrong and it can make the problem way worse Stay doing an exercise called laying donkey kicks But lay flat on the floor and don’t use your lower back for hip extension when doing it
Can u pls explain the logic of strengthening tight hip flexor..instead of stretching?? Waiting for response🙂
Take the question to your other body parts. Your chest can be stretched and loose but if it’s not strong you ain’t getting much out of it.
in the 'correct' posture your neck is straight, and has no curvature that should not happen

i lost 85% of my mobility with my finguer if i try that i think il lose my tendon💀
