If u r in same network no need for this mumbo jumbo setting just use external ip address it will work.
This remote access is workable for isp bro.
For accessing router from other network one need external ip and port. I am not expert but I am having same ZTE router and I am already have access to my router from other network.
Please share the steps for remote access, because the steps in this video is not working, I have same Router zte f670l
How to block the other user?
In mac-filter you will see the blacklist option .add mac address which you want to block .
